Hach offers graduated cylinders in a variety of classes and sizes for liquid transfer or mixing. Choose Class A graduated cylinders for the best tolerance limits.
Volumetric glass cylinders are listed as "To Contain" or "To Deliver". Glassware designed to contain are typically marked with TC. When liquid is poured out of the TC cylinders, a small amount remains behind, clinging to the sides of the glass. It will deliver slightly less than what was measured. To deliver cylinders are typically marked TD. When liquid is poured out of the TD cylinders, a small amount of liquid is left clinging to the walls, but the TD desgin accounts for this and the full measured amount is what is delivered. Pipets and burets are also designed to deliver.
