With the Bench Service Partnership, Hach Service provides full coverage for repairs and annual preventative maintenance, calibration, and certification service at the Hach Service Center. As a Partnership customer, your service will be put into priority status with a five-day turnaround time. For select models, we provide a free loaner instrument when available, so your analysis won’t be impacted while your unit is being serviced. Upon completion of service, we’ll cover the cost of second-day return shipping. You’ll also have access to unlimited technical support with an exclusive toll-free number that puts you at the front of the call queue.
