We understand the impact to your process and your operations when your equipment goes down. With our newly added probe replacement coverage, if your probe fails, we'll ship you a brand new one at no additional charge to get you back up and running quickly.

As a Partnership customer, your service will be put into priority status with a five-day turnaround time. Upon completion of service, we’ll cover the cost of second-day return shipping. You’ll also have access to unlimited technical support with an exclusive toll-free number that puts you at the front of the call queue.
