The MET ONE R4815/R4915 remote airborne particle counters with 1cfm flow rates and 0.5um sensitivity in both RS-485 or analog communication. Conveniently mount around a clean room with vacuum source, DC power and communication line. Stainless steel case and no fan mean counters may be placed close to process areas. User-programmed alarm levels trigger a flashing LED and alarm signal.
