MET ONE R4903/R4905 remote air particle counters with 0.1cfm flow rates, analog communication, in both 0.3um and 0.5um sensitivity. Conveniently mount around a clean room with vacuum source, DC power and communication line. Stainless steel case and no fan mean counters may be placed close to process areas. User-programmed alarm levels trigger a flashing LED and alarm signal.
